On Thursday 4 July, you have the chance to change Britain. Here in Chingford and Woodford Green, there is a straight choice: either five more years of chaos with the Tories or stability with a changed Labour Party. I know that mortgages, bills and the cost of the weekly food shop have skyrocketed.
